Data we collect

This summary mirrors our Google Play Data safety form.

• Phone number, name, email — account & login (OTP). Not sold or shared for advertising.
• Business & KYC details (PAN, GSTIN, documents) — verification, required by law.
• Precise location (driver app, only during an active ride; optional "share location" in chat) — live ride tracking for the booking parties.
• Photos & files you choose to share in chat — delivered only to the conversation participants.
• Payment info — processed by Razorpay; we never store card / UPI credentials.
• Device push token — to deliver notifications.

All data is encrypted in transit (HTTPS). Sensitive fields (PAN, bank account numbers, passenger contacts) are encrypted at rest. You can request deletion at any time — see Delete your account.
