This policy explains how TaxiHub B2B collects and uses information.

What we collect

• Account details: name, mobile number, email.
• Business KYC: PAN, GSTIN, address and documents you upload.
• Fleet data: vehicle and driver details and documents.
• Bank details for payouts (stored encrypted; only the last four digits are displayed).
• Location data from the driver app while a ride is active.
• Payment information processed by Razorpay; we do not store card or UPI credentials.

How we use it

To verify businesses, match trips, operate bookings, process payments and payouts, prevent fraud, resolve disputes and meet legal obligations.

Sharing

Booking details are shared only between the two businesses on a booking and the assigned driver. We share data with service providers (payments, SMS, push notifications, hosting) strictly to provide the service, and with authorities when required by law.

Retention & security

KYC documents are stored on private storage and accessed only by authorised staff. Financial records are retained as required by law.
