Wallet top-ups

Unused wallet balance can be withdrawn to your verified bank account at any time, subject to minimum amounts and applicable fees shown before you confirm.

Subscriptions

You can cancel renewal at any time; access continues until the end of the paid period. Subscription fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law or where we are unable to provide the service.

Commission

Commission held on a booking is released automatically if the booking is cancelled or marked no-show. If a dispute is resolved in your favour, charged commission may be reversed to your wallet.

Processing time

Approved refunds to the original payment method typically reflect within 5–7 working days.
