Terms of Use

These terms govern use of TaxiHub B2B (the “Platform”) by registered businesses (“Agents”). By creating an account you agree to them.

1. The Platform

TaxiHub B2B is a business-to-business marketplace that lets verified travel agents and fleet operators post ride requirements, submit offers and manage bookings. The Platform is not a transport operator; the operator who accepts a booking is solely responsible for the vehicle, driver, permits and the ride.

2. Eligibility & KYC

Only businesses that complete KYC and are approved may post trips, submit offers or accept bookings. You must provide accurate information and keep vehicle and driver documents valid. We may suspend accounts that provide false information or breach these terms.

3. Fares, commission and payments

• Trip fares are agreed between the posting agent and the operator and are settled directly between them.
• The Platform charges a commission per completed booking as shown before acceptance. Commission is held from the payer’s wallet on acceptance and charged on completion; it is released if the booking is cancelled or marked no-show.
• Subscription fees are billed in advance and are inclusive of applicable GST.

4. Ride verification and tracking

Rides may require start and completion PINs and share live location while active. Operators must not mark rides complete without the configured verification.

5. Cancellations and disputes

Either party may cancel before the ride starts where cancellations are enabled. Disputes can be raised from the booking page and are resolved by the Platform after reviewing the booking timeline and location data. Our decision on commission adjustments is final.

6. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, the Platform’s liability is limited to the commission and fees paid to it for the booking concerned.

7. Changes

We may update these terms; continued use after changes means you accept them.
